ABOUT US
Mechanical Devices is devoted to Quality, Cost and Delivery using
6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S as the foundation to our successful business. The operation utilizes advanced multi-axis and multi-spindle CNC machining equipment, including horizontal and vertical turning centers, as well as horizontal, vertical, and pallet-pool machining centers, to manufacture grey iron, steel, aluminum castings and steel forgings.
History
Currently, the third generation is managing the company using 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TS-16949 methodologies to support its customers. Mechanical Devices is looking toward the future as members of the fourth generation of Frank Earl Sperry have begun to accept key roles within the company. The company became a bronze Caterpillar Certified Supplier under SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Program) in January 2010.
